Magnus International Group was proud to be the patron sponsor of yesterday’s Smart Business Family Business Conference at Corporate College East in Warrensville Heights. The Conference was an interactive workshop that provided actionable insights for running and transitioning a family enterprise.

Presented by Skylight Financial Group, the theme of the event was “Building a Formula that Works.” Among the topics explored were the financial, legal, human resource and succession planning considerations specific to managing a family-owned business.

In addition to a panel discussion featuring industry experts, local family business owners, including Mike Mitchell of Mitchell’s Ice Cream, shared their unique successes, challenges and perspectives.
